What is a letterbox gift?
A letterbox gift is a specially curated gift box designed to be slim enough to fit through standard UK letterboxes, meaning the recipient doesn't need to be home to receive it.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 business days. We also offer an express next-day delivery service if you place your order before 2 PM Monday through Friday.
Can I include a personalized message?
Yes, every gift box includes a complimentary gift card. You can enter your personalized message at the checkout, and we will hand-write or print it for that extra special touch.
Do you include invoices or price tags in the box?
No, we never include invoices or any pricing information inside our gift boxes, as we know most of our orders are sent directly to the recipient.
What happens if the gift doesn't fit through the letterbox?
Our boxes are designed to fit 95% of standard UK letterboxes. If for some reason it doesn't fit, the postman will leave it in a safe place or with a neighbor as per standard postal procedures.
What is your return policy?
If you or the recipient are not entirely happy with the gift, you can return non-perishable items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
